Mixer drum production, repair and revision solutions
The mixer drum is central to concrete transport performance. Drum structure, spiral form, rotation balance and body durability help keep concrete homogeneous and support correct discharge at the site. Drum wear or damage can affect the efficiency of the entire vehicle.
Miksan Transmikser does not evaluate the drum only by appearance. Drum body, spiral structure, welding points, connection areas and wear level are reviewed together. Based on this inspection, new drum production, drum repair or revision is clarified.
How drum wear is evaluated
Blades, body sheet and connection points wear over time due to heavy concrete flow. As wear increases, mixing performance can drop, discharge time can increase and body repair may become necessary. Regular inspection helps avoid larger costs.
- Spiral and inner blade wear checks
- Body sheet, welding and connection point inspection
- Drum measurement, balance and installation compatibility
New drum, repair or revision decision
The same solution is not right for every drum. Local repair may be enough for light wear, while advanced damage may require revision or new drum production. Miksan recommends the right option according to technical inspection, operating need and cost balance.
After installation, rotation, connection and discharge checks are completed before the drum returns to operation.
For mixer drum production, drum repair or revision, we evaluate the current drum condition and clarify the right scope for your vehicle.
